Beverages

Bollinger: A French Champagne, from the world’s most famous wine producing location.

2015 Chandon Chardonnay (Yarra Valley Victoria)
Pale straw, with lustrous shades of green. The aroma expresses pristine varietal characters of white nectarine, ripe citrus and stone fruit as well as a subtle flavour profile of sweet, exotic spice. The palate is complex, structured and layered showing excellent balance between the expression of vibrant fruit and the secondary characters of roasted spices, soft cheese and toasty characters derived from fermentation, aging and lees stirring in French oak.

2015 Nugan Estate King Valley, Franca’s Lane Pinot Grigio (King Valley, Victoria)
Fresh lifted aromas of pear and apple with floral accents of jasmine and gardenia Generous palate of vibrant lemon, citrus and pear enhanced by mixed spice and clean persistent acids.

2016 Nugan Estate Sauvignon Blanc  Franca’s Lane Vineyard (King Valley, Victoria)
This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our Frasca’s Lane Vineyard in Victoria’s cool climate King Valley. Fresh, lifted aromas of lemon and lime with gooseberry and tropical nuances.  A medium bodied style displaying crisp lime, citrus and tropical fruit flavours with citrusy fruit acids. Added complexity and mouth-feel from a small portion of oak treatment leading to a fresh and zesty finish

2010 Nugan Estate McLaren Vale Shiraz (McLaren Vale)
This is a rich and powerful wine. Following time honoured basket pressing, the wine was oak matured for 16 months. The blackberry and spice aromas transpose onto the palate, balanced with the fine oak and tannin structure. These round and voluptuous flavours finish with length and depth.

2011 Nugan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon   (Alcira Vinyard,  Coonawarra,  South Australia)
Aromas of Cassis, mint and eucalypt followed by a long and complex palate of ripe cassis, mint and rich chocolate with velvety tannins.

A selection of premium beers will be served, and there will be an extensive range of soft drinks.

BAD WEATHER
This is an all weather vessel. The cruise would only be cancelled in the event of very extreme weather conditions, such as a cyclone.

SEA SICKNESS
It is fairly uncommon for passengers to suffer from seasickness on a harbour cruise. Should the water become choppy due to windy conditions, the skipper will cruise the more sheltered areas of the harbour. However, if a passenger does become unwell for any reason, we can arrange for them to disembark at the nearest wharf or by water taxi.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our chef can accommodate most dietary requirements. However in extreme cases we recommend passengers arrange their own catering.

CRUISING WITH CHILDREN
Children of any age are permitted on-board with parental supervision.

CRUISING WHILST PREGNANT
There are no restrictions with regards to a Sydney harbour cruise whilst pregnant. Just ensure you notify the chef of any dietary requirements.
