The vessel is licensed to carry up to 480 passengers for a cocktail style function and 250 for seated dining. She is equipped with all the modern day features – air conditioning, in house music sound system-everything required to ensure a meaningful and memorable occasion.

Bareboat Hire
A Bareboat charter is exactly as it sounds, you hire the vessel with basic crew and you can provide your own catering and entertainment.

Event Host (required on all bare boat charters)
$350.00 for 4 hours to manage the vessel, ensure tables and chairs are set as requested and assist the charterer throughout the cruise.

Galley Manager
$350.00 for 4 hours required if the charterer requests the use of the galley

BYO Catering
Access to our Galley (Kitchen) is only available upon payment of $350.00 for a Galley Manager. The charterer must ensure all food is prepared / pre-cooked prior to boarding as access to our galley is for refrigeration and reheating purposes only. The charterer must provide all plastic plates, cutlery, serving platters and utensils.

Sound Tech
$350.00 for 4 hours if on board PA and DJ equipment is to be utilised

Own Entertainment
If you bring your own entertainers they must bring all their own equipment and PA systems, alternatively a Sound Technician can be organised for $350.00 to assist your entertainers with the Lady Rose house sound system, microphones, lighting and Plasma screens for presentations.

BAD WEATHER
This is an all weather vessel. The charter would only be cancelled in the event of very extreme weather conditions, such as a cyclone.

SEA SICKNESS
It is fairly uncommon for passengers to suffer from seasickness on a harbour cruise. Should the water become choppy due to windy conditions, the skipper will cruise the more sheltered areas of the harbour. However, if a passenger does become unwell for any reason, we can arrange for them to disembark at the nearest wharf or by water taxi.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our chef can accommodate most dietary requirements. However in extreme cases we recommend passengers arrange their own catering.

CRUISING WITH CHILDREN
Children of any age are permitted on-board with parental supervision.

CRUISING WHILST PREGNANT
There are no restrictions with regards to a Sydney harbour cruise whilst pregnant. Just ensure you notify the chef of any dietary requirements.
