Cabaret, the newest Seawind 1000 XL is now in service and available for charter on Sydney harbour. This catamaran offers a smooth and stable journey in all weather conditions, perfect for corporate functions or celebrations.  She is kept in immaculate order and fully equipped with esky, barbeque, iPod and mp3 player connectivity, fridge, deck shower and galley, licensed to carry 20 passengers. The expansive outdoor foredeck offers a great relaxing space to sunbathe and take in the 360-degree views.

Catering/ B.Y.O. is welcome and with our professional crew and staff who know Sydney Harbour intimately, we can share the best secret locations that this gorgeous harbour has to offer. All you need to do on the day is sit back, and take in the striking views of Sydney Harbour and beyond.

Vessel Hire 2020

Saturday
4 hour charter: $1,500
Additional hours: $375 per hour

Sunday to Friday
4 hour charter: $1,400
Additional hours: $350 per hour

Public Holidays – 20% surcharge applies on the total charter fee including food and beverages
Nov- Feb: Day charters must finish by 4.30pm

EXTRAS

Wharf Fees: Pick up and drop off – $50/visit

BYO Catering Surcharge: $100 (Includes plates/cutlery/cups/napkins and use of the BBQ if desired.
No charge if Cabaret’s catering is used)
Ice: $6/ bag = 6-8 bags recommended

BBQ is Cook Your Own
For groups who BYO but want help to cook, clean and serve, we can provide a host/hostess for an additional $30/hr.
Please note that Cabaret has a small BBQ so bringing large volumes of food to BBQ takes a long time to cook, and will significantly limit your cruising/socialising/swimming time.

Attire
Guests are advised to wear non-marking rubber-soled shoes. No wedges or stilettos. Once aboard, barefoot is welcomed! Please bring adequate sun protection, plenty of sunscreen and a towel if you wish to swim.

These platters may be ordered in addition to your main meal as an entree or dessert.
Each platter serves 10-12 guests
If ordered without a main meal, $70 delivery fee.

A selection of cured meats, bocconcini, feta, vegetarian antipasti combo of olives and chargrilled vegetables, crackers and fresh bread.

Cheese – $250 
A selection of quality Australian and International cheeses, seasonal fruit, nuts and dried fruit selection, assorted crackers

Vegetarian – $150 
Seasonal fresh vegetable crudités, a trio of gourmet dips – hommus, babaganoush and red caviar dip served with semi dried tomatoes, olives, crackers and fresh baguette – perfect for dipping!

BAD WEATHER
This is an all weather vessel. The charter would only be cancelled in the event of very extreme weather conditions, such as a cyclone.

SEA SICKNESS
It is fairly uncommon for passengers to suffer from seasickness on a harbour cruise. Should the water become choppy due to windy conditions, the skipper will cruise the more sheltered areas of the harbour. However, if a passenger does become unwell for any reason, we can arrange for them to disembark at the nearest wharf or by water taxi.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our chef can accommodate most dietary requirements. However in extreme cases we recommend passengers arrange their own catering.

CRUISING WITH CHILDREN
Children of any age are permitted on-board with parental supervision.

CRUISING WHILST PREGNANT
There are no restrictions with regards to a Sydney harbour cruise whilst pregnant. Just ensure you notify the chef of any dietary requirements.

We do offer BYO catering on some vessels. Charges may apply. Please ask us to quote on suitable vessels for your event.

ALCOHOL
For safety reasons, intoxicated persons will not be permitted to board the yacht.
Substantial food must be provided alongside alcohol and our crew will check adequate food is brought for BYO charters.
