BAD WEATHER
This is an all-weather vessel. The charter would only be canceled in the event of very extreme weather conditions, such as a cyclone.

SEA SICKNESS
It is fairly uncommon for passengers to suffer from seasickness on a harbour cruise. Should the water become choppy due to windy conditions, the skipper will cruise the more sheltered areas of the harbour. However, if a passenger does become unwell for any reason, we can arrange for them to disembark at the nearest wharf or by water taxi.

CRUISING WITH CHILDREN
Children of any age are permitted on-board with parental supervision.

CRUISING WHILST PREGNANT
There are no restrictions with regards to a Sydney harbour cruise whilst pregnant. Just ensure you notify the chef of any dietary requirements.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
RSA rules will be enforced, wait staff have the right to refuse service to any intoxicated person and have them removed from the vessel.

White soul shoes are allowed. No black sole shoes or heels are to be worn on board.

BYO charters must drop off the beverages to the vessel 24 hours prior to the charter.
Please note any left-over BYO alcohol must be collected within 48 hrs after the charter, or it will be
deemed as unwanted and will be removed from the vessel
